We base our philosophy on the quality of the raw materials and the choice of processes respecting the products.
SMOKEHOUSE
Our restaurant is a smokehouse and offers meat subjected to a specific smoking process. Meat is initially flavored with a particular mix of spices, then cooked at low temperatures for several hours according to the principles of low&slow cooking, and finally smoked in ovens specially created for this method. The result is soft, juicy meat that keeps its flavor intact and enriched by the scents of the woods used when smoking.
BIRRERIA
We offer a wide selection of excellent craft beers to accompany our dishes! Our offer consists of five beers produced by Birra Salento, and every month is enriched with three beers supplied by a different brewery. Genuineness, craftsmanship, attention to quality, and origin are the basis of the products offered.
The pub is hospitable and welcoming, with warm tones and wooden details. A large counter, Mr. Hop's face, and exposed beer kegs!
